Aged for six months in our subterranean barrel hall, where the temperature holds steady at 15°C, this gin has undergone a slow, considered maturation in a large-format ex- Mitchelton Heathcote Shiraz cask. The result? A luxurious layering of flavour—juicy raspberries and soft vanilla, underpinned by a gentle kiss of woodspice from the seasoned oak.

But it’s on the palate where this spirit truly surprises.

Delicately light, floral, and lifted, it dances with the freshness of raspberry leaf, offering a clean, aromatic structure that’s perfect for hot days and easy evenings. Whether you’re unwinding on the deck or hosting a sun-drenched garden gathering, the 3608 Barrel Aged Shiraz Gin is made for spritzes, icy brews, and refreshing summer serves.
